The Library is pleased to inform you that its new self-study module "My Library" is now available on Courses. You will find it in "My other course spaces".
Following this module is ESSENTIAL to learn how to search independently on all the tools made available by the Library.
It is composed of two parts:
- Discovery module (duration: 45 minutes)
This module allows you to discover the resources and research tools offered by the Library (how to search for books, e-books, press articles, research articles, market research)
Intermediate quizzes allow you to validate the acquisition of knowledge and a final quiz, if successful (more than 70% of correct answers) allows you to access the second module.
- Information methodology module (duration: 1h30)
This second part aims to make you both autonomous and organized in your work, to give you the necessary information for a mastered search for information, whatever the work required. It addresses the following questions through 4 sequences :
o The stages of research, some elements of methodology
o Research on the web: advanced research techniques and tools
o Avoiding plagiarism, citing sources, writing a bibliography
o Literature review
4 final quizzes allow to validate the training. Please note that for these 4 quizzes of the second module, only one attempt is allowed.
Obtaining a score of 70% or more of correct answers to the 5 quizzes validates your success, which can be valued by obtaining a badge.
