Loans (Reims - Rouen Campus)

Loans are made on an individual basis using a student card.
You are responsible to the Library for loans made using your card as the cardholder, if the document is not returned or returned late.

NB: you can only borrow books from your own campus. Students in Paris only have access to e-books in the Rouen or Reims catalogue.

Returns

To return your books you may deposit them directly at the library reception.
If the library is closed or the librarian is absent, returns boxes are available for your use. You may also return them by post to each campus.

Loans (Paris Campus)

This service is available for the following programmes:

You can borrow documents from the collections of our two libraries in Reims and Rouen.
You can borrow 6 documents for up to one month (possibility of renewal for an additional week).

Borrowing documents
Find your documents using our online catalogue: http://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr
Note the reference of the document(s) you would like to borrow and send your request by email to Taline MARAS (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
When the document is available at the Paris campus, you will receive an email at your NEOMA BS address. You can then borrow the document from Taline Maras at PEC reception between 7.30 and 2 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). NB, after you receive your email, you have 7 days to pick it up. After this deadline, the document will be sent back to its library of origin.

Returning documents
Hand the documents you have borrowed back in person to Taline Maras at PEC reception between 7.30 and 2 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). Documents will not be accepted outside these times.

My account

Access to your account enables you to carry out certain operations on line (consult your loans, reserve documents, renew loans, suggest new documents, set up alerts).
Log in on the catalogue of your campus using your first user name and password
Consult the catalogue online help and/or videos

Renewals

You may renew loans once for seven days from the initial return date. You may do this on line, in the catalogue, via your account. Do not hesitate to use the online help here (how to renew a loan)

Reservations

You may reserve documents on line, in the catalogue, after logging on.
Each member may reserve two documents, but a given copy may only be reserved once (no waiting list).
